Sitting Down Isn’t Meditating

When you think of meditation, there is a typical image that comes to mind.

Sitting cross-legged and closing your eyes. With a peaceful smile.

It is just one of many ways to meditate.

Also, sitting itself may actually have nothing to do with meditation.

What matters is what you are doing and how you are doing it.

Whether you are lying down, sitting, standing or walking….

Meditation is always waiting to be with you in the moment.

All you need is to embrace it.
