Key Principle of Meditation

Everything is changing.

We observe the fact of change through our body.

Therefore, we must recognize the body as a condition.

Let’s notice the changes in sensations that arise and disappear from the body.

Such changes in sensation occur and disappear regardless of my intentions, will, or efforts.

As you continue to make these observations, you will become aware that you and your senses are not the same.

You also realize that the feelings and emotions that arise from my senses are not the same as mine.

This is the core principle of meditation.
