Martial Art is Meditation – Part 3

Martial art that target the mind must go beyond the two extremes of attack and defense.

There is only a flow of movement, not an attack.

Within that flow, numerous changes can occur.

Even quiet, static movement can be considered a subsiding of change.

There is only a response to a changing mind, not a defense against physical blows.

Such reactions are naturally expressed through my body.

Just be honest and unfold your mind without hesitation through your body.

No manipulation or strategy is required.

Just move with my rhythm and pace.

It is about honestly expressing what your body and mind are going.

When you are in such a flow, you lose the two extremes of consciousness and unconsciousness.

And you become one with the change itself.

That’s it.

Martial art finally become meditation.
