Amidst our busy modern lives, we often neglect the connection with nature.

The crucial thing is simply accepting the changes in the sounds coming through my ears, just as they are.

There are also ways to feel the sensation rather than the sound of the wind.

Open the window and experience the changes in the wind directly through your skin.

The essence of these two methods lies in focusing solely on one sense amidst the simultaneous influx of various sensations, observing the changes in that concentrated sense as they are.

Through these way, we can have precious meditative experiences with nature even in the hustle and bustle of modern daily life.
