Meditation on Thinking – Part 1

We constantly engage in numerous thoughts in our daily lives.

Sometimes we deliberately generate thoughts with intention, while at other times thoughts spontaneously arise independent of our will.

Integrating meditation into ‘thinking’ can boost the positive aspects of intentional thought.

Yet, deliberate thinking in our already thought-filled lives might contribute to fatigue.

We struggle by amplifying the quantity of thoughts or getting trapped in relentless thinking loops, leading to persistent mental distress.

We seek to explore how to mindfully cope with thoughts that arise and fade away, independent of our intentional focus.

Subsequently, we will delve deeply into intentional thinking, progressing towards ‘mindful thinking’ through meditation.
