Meditation on Thinking – Part 1

In our daily lives, we are continually engaging with countless thoughts.

Some of these thoughts are deliberate, born from intention, while others arise spontaneously, independent of our will.

Practicing meditation with a focus on ‘thinking’ can help us enhance the positive aspects of intentional thought.

However, in a mind already flooded with thoughts, adding more deliberate thinking can contribute to mental fatigue.

This mental overload can lead us into cycles of amplified or repetitive thinking, often resulting in ongoing stress or emotional strain.

Here, our goal is to explore how we can mindfully engage with thoughts that come and go without our conscious control.
