Meditation on Daily Life

Waking up from sleep, the day begins as I open my eyes.

Accompanied by the scenes revealed through my eyes, the sounds of daily life reach my ears.

Rising from bed and placing my feet on the floor, I stand, walk, and thus, my daily routine unfolds.

Inhaling the fragrant aroma of tea through my nose, tasting and consuming food through my mouth, I gain energy.

Daily life is an orchestration of change, where my body and mind share numerous tasks and processes, weaving together a symphony of experiences.

Savor and appreciate the everyday miracles we take for granted with awe and gratitude.

Conscious observation of the unconscious routines transforms daily life into meditation.
