We develop good habits, bad habits, and habits that are neither good nor bad as we are born and raised.
First, we systematically analyze the bad habits that are unconsciously repeated.
Next, prioritize the most frequently repeated and impactful bad habits.
Let’s observe that habit with eyes, ears, nose, mouth, body, and mind.
The observation is focused on ‘change’.
Reviewing each bad habit in this manner, consistently and repetitively watching until behavioral change occurs.
Once the bad habits are corrected, progress them from habits that are neither good nor bad to ultimately developing good habits.
