Listening is Meditation

We are surrounded by countless sounds in our daily lives.

The majority of sounds are transmitted through language.

Sound is no longer the sound itself, but acquires meaning when it meets the forms and patterns of language.

Because of its meaning, people are increasingly distracted from simply appreciating and observing the pure experience of sound.

If you are just fully present in the moment and listening to the change in sound itself, your listening becomes meditation.

This is about listening to the truth known as ‘Change’.
