Wrong Approach to Meditation

How should we approach meditation?

Keep it simple and straightforward.

For example…

If you’re thirsty, drink water; if you’re sleepy, get some sleep.

Meditation isn’t the remedy for basic thirst or lack of sleep.

Therefore, it’s important to be careful about thinking of meditation as a cure-all for everything.

There is no separate solution called meditation. It is meditatively prioritizing practical solutions and acting on them with meditation.

That is the right approach.
